so...
what are people gaining by leeching? i hope to god it's not for the title...that would just be pathetic. is it lazy farming for the jadeite and amber to sell? couldn't those resources become not attainable from straightup turning in faction (not sure how to instead grant it...increase drop-rate significantly with the priest blessing thing? idk.)

i'm assuming everyone else knows why they do it but it's completely beyond me. couldn't anet just...eliminate the payoff without affecting the "innocent bystanders"?

They are able to set up Macros to just hit "Enter Battle" so they can go to work or school or do something else while they make faction. They each have their reasons. Some do it to make money off the Jadeite/Amber, some do it for the Survivor title (on lux side you can just sit there and gain exp from every kill, and they kurz can't touch you), and some do it for the title. It really is pathetic.

I heard people with two accounts are leeching on one side and fighting on the other to get an advantage.

What is the purpose of leeching?

To piss off hard-working AB'ers everywhere, one match at a time. And it seems to be working, too. Shiftless GO RED bastards.

you can run multiple accounts on the same computer. just takes multiple executables and registry files. there's a tutorial on how to do it somewhere on this site. also need to get a hex editor.

lol, no doubt. it's really good for using other accounts to store crap though which is about all it's good for. the farming (not ff) potential is kinda interesting but it got old pretty quickly (having to switch games to move the bonder up).

LEECHERS are afk/brb evil players, who collect few faction points without doin anything & consequently make their team lose (50% of times, depends of how many they are) LOL.

This way of playing is against the MAIN rule of ANY game: FAIRPLAY.

If YOU dont comply with fairplay, you simply ruin the game.

Copy of my post from another thread:

"...Its true, GW since NF/heroes has become a SOLO online game. ELITE missions are done between guildies or mates ie ppl who know each others.

PUG is DEAD, this is the subject of another topic.

The jungle law has the power, the doubt is rising, you dont trust others, loot scalling is implemented,...and so on.

Why are we encountering such a situation ? cause the global mentality is changing like the world in which GW is embedded with.

To sum up a vast amount of GW players are in IT for the money + fame. Why not?

And everything that can be done to achieve these TWO goals will be tempted. WTF the OTHERS I want my title + I want to max the max of titles + I want the rarest items = leechers + bots + chinese farming companies.

You are rich + lazzy oryou have not enough time to play + u want to be like the others or maybe one step higher = dont worry we take care of your characters/avatars we SUPERSEDE you = its only XX$ per month.

The Game is losing its SOUL........GW is losing its SOUL.

GW is my first online game, I like it I will buy GWEN and I will buy GW2 but I want Anet to change the multi repaired tyres for brand new ones LOL cause GW will not be able to go far. I believe in the devs for their awesome creativity , their business model without monthly fee, their global game approach.

Just do it.....and lets have fun at last wtf, like we used to have in 2005 when all started."

So please dont leech

blah blah what?

Leechers do what they do why? because they can, simple...
If anyone comes up with a way to make AB fun *and* rewarding without leechers let me know, then I can start playing AB again. Till then... the last fix sucked for actual players as much as the leechers.

ok i don't no if this is possible but anet should make it so that u have to move so much in a ab or sumthing to gain rewards and if people use bots etc to move anet might be able to trace it or sumthing,

i don't no sumthing like that will be good
